It always makes me laugh that Giggs still takes most corners despite rarely beating the first man in 20 years

We're not a very big side either tbf. Shit delivery doesn't help, but Fergie's subs for 'height' highlight a problem that we have.

Ferdinand has tended to not go forward for corners this season when he's played.

a corners only as good as the movement in the box.

The delivery doesnt have to be that precise. If it beats the first man and has decent pace on it. Its all about runners getting on the end of it. For example look how often Vidic gets something on them attacking (even if he balloons it over).

Nani takes a decent corner as well, well hes certainly capable of a great delivery with that 2 step run up he does.

Perfect case in point, we scored more from them when Ronaldo was here didnt we? Well. Thats not the corner thats the way its being attacked.
