Straight swap for Maguire - yes.

If we're gonna spend a wad on a striker, get Osimhen.

Excellent player so it’s an absolute no brainer. Never been the fastest and more creative player every year. Will be like Teddy and play till 35

Would be a great signing, easy got 3-4 good years in him. Don’t bother haggling with Levy though, just get it done. Big Jim’s first big signing - make a statement.

Yes. Absolutely superb footballer.

Then get Osimhen the season after. Billionaire reds.

Kane, Sancho and Rashford in the same squad for penalty shoot outs. What could possibly go right, apart from a pizza hut tie in? I'd rather get someone younger and hungrier, but he's better than Martial and Weghorst so why not for a couple of seasons?

That whole situation with him trying to force a move and failing has affected him, IMO. He hasn't looked quite the same player, or lad, since then.

I don't think signing for United will solve that for him. Would rather sign the next top striker.

I like the idea of someone younger, but also….it’s Harry Kane. One of the best number 9s in the world as close to a sure-fire hit as you can get. As some have pointed out, it’d be similar to when we got RVP. He’s exactly what we need. Anything around £70-80m is relatively reasonable for what he’d give us.

It’s a yes from me anyway. Couple of years with him and a longer term plan to bring someone in to replace him.

Would be worth it just to listen to the English commentators not liking him as much as they do now.
I know exactly what you mean as we all know what a load of thickle turn-coates the press/media in this country are

Levy isn't going to let hm go for that kind of money. Especially to us.

When’s his contract run to? Have to think he must have made some agreement with levy when they didn’t let him go to city. Give us another year or two or some such.

If it’s one year left you could see it for something like 100m and they promise it to contes replacement to rebuild the squad.

I'd rather have someone with a few more miles left on the clock but there's no argument he'd hugely improve us.

He’s 29. We’d get a good 3 or 4 seasons from one of the very best in the world.
