Would be happier with a team that included Martinez, Antony and Garnacho, and Shaw at LB. Understand dropping one of the forward for more midfield bodies but was hoping that would be Martial.

Okay, let’s see how it goes but could be a long afternoon for Malacia.

Other than Rooney there's not a player in united's history who turns up more against these blue @#%&!s than Martial.

Potentially two derbies in a row that ETH has messed up his starting 11z really hope to be proven wrong.

Could be a few half time subs again.

was obvious he’d play Fred over a winger. The mistake in the away game was not playing another midfielder over Sancho or Antony….

I’m going 1-1.

Wonder why Martinez is on the bench.

I think ETH has perhaps overthought this too much , i hope i am wrong but perhaps he wants to keep it tight until the first half , but this team looks a bit of muddling set up

Playing it tight

Ant, Nacho, Lich on standby. Surge of energy after 60 mins.

Id agree with that, think Martinez mustn't be fully up to speed so he didn't want to rush him (played well Tuesday) then accomodating Shaw in the middle has led to caution all over the shop....

Definitely not the way to get at city, but if you wanna hold it tight and go big from 70 minutes....

More nervous than I was now...

he’s packed the midfield and got Rashford as an outlet. I think it’s the obvious way to go.

got no probs with fred in and martial/rashford sit ahead of bruno down the middle.

but, if martinez is fit enough to be on the bench, he has to play. mahrez will tear malacia a new one. prove me wrong, mighty mouse.

The ogre freak up against Shaw is a bit worrying.

agree with people a bit nervous about shaw and malcia who up against mahrez could easily be a red card possibility , got to hope that martial bruno and rashford can cause them problems
