Straight up the other end, Southampton just had a goal disallowed for handball. Ball hits Armstrong’s hand, hits Burn and goes in for an own goal. No question it hits his hand, but with it going onto the defender, nobody knows if it’s handball or not 🤷‍♂️

Handball - any touch on hand/arm is foul (clears it all up)

Offside - you only need the one amendment they made years back where if a player is returning from offside position and ignoring play then he/she is on

Rules written by people who dont seem to have played any sort of level
