I'm not saying we've seen the peak of Bitcoin; i've no idea if we will see £30k or £130k but bubbles never deflate gradually when they do eventually go.

just to be clear I wasn't having a pop at you pal, i'm interested in other peoples views on this apart from the usual "MOOOOOOOOON" or "oh god its dead" after dropping 2% in 20 minutes

someone on reddit earlier posted about Saudi money flowing in. I never even thought about that and its startling to think that the oil bastards (at least not publicly) haven't started hoovering up any sats yet

It’ll continue to rise for as long as the printing machine goes brrrrrr. It’s a hedge against inflation and the continued devaluation of the traditional currencies. The smart money knows the scale of the damage to the traditional economy caused by lockdown is absolutely huge and yet to be revealed. Who wants to be holding dollars when the shit hits the fan?

It’s a store of value for when the bail ins start.

I've been paper trading using coinbase rates. The buy and sell prices are a bit shit compared to market rates plus fees on top. It also seems to take an eternity to make the transaction.

I have a reasonable amount to invest so needs to be something secure but don't want to be messing around too much creating wallets etc...
