RAWK:

Just glad Rafa didn't take or was offered the job. He would have made them unstoppable given the right finances.

Can you imagine what would happen if Rafa was given a proper good team, you know the sort of team that was already on top and winning trophies? God it'd be scary.

“I’ve had Roman’s ear for a couple of years,” Terry said, “and when you listen to him speak about his plans it’s inspiring. When you get Roman turning down a great offer for me and telling me he wants me to be at Chelsea forever . . . well, that’s nice to hear.
if chelsea rid themselves of this insufferable @#%&! and all he represents then they might stand a better chance

The most annoying thing about this appointment will be the different homosexual ways that journalists and TV presenters will attempt to pronounce his name.

They took about four months before deciding they should go with 'Jo-zay' instead of 'Ho-zay' when Mourinho first turned up, and already with this new @#%&! I've heard about ten different variations. Andray Villur Bose, Andre Veeya Boaz, Ondrez Veeyash Bo-ash. £#%&! off.

"The main important thing that people have to reflect on is that I don't see the game as a one-man show, I see the game as the getting together of ideas and collective ideas and good players"

"Chelsea appointed me basically for human qualities and that is what I want to bring into this club again.

"The most important thing is to motivate the players to get their ambitions right, to reflect again on what the club has achieved in the last six years and we need to keep this route to success.

"We are a technical staff that focuses a lot on unlocking potential. We are a technical staff that incentivises a lot of freedom of choice because in the end, when the players are on the pitch, they face different situations that they have to solve without the help of their manager.

"This is the kind of stimulus that we want the players to have, responsibility and making decisions, because in the end the game is decided by them on the pitch.

"It is a clashing together of two good organisations and in the end it is the relationship between all of our players that can lead us to success, and that is what I want to work on."
