Four managers, different styles, different records, different nationalities, different levels of experience in England, young, old, successful, unsuccessful. All of them have run into serious trouble.

The club's a mess. If Ole's sacked today, whoever replaces him will still be forced to pick players signed by a manager who retired 7 years ago, and who were never good enough in the first place.

I wasn't really referring to the takeover directly, more the playing squad and how it wasn't being properly maintained for the future.

Of course it's linked to the takeover, but at the time when we won the 20th title I don't think anyone would have predicted how bad our squad could get, especially if you told them how much money had been invested into it since then. But in hindsight we were not prepared in any way, shape or form to lose those influential players who were at the tail end of their careers.
