I wasn't really referring to the takeover directly, more the playing squad and how it wasn't being properly maintained for the future.

Of course it's linked to the takeover, but at the time when we won the 20th title I don't think anyone would have predicted how bad our squad could get, especially if you told them how much money had been invested into it since then. But in hindsight we were not prepared in any way, shape or form to lose those influential players who were at the tail end of their careers.
