It's a shame they rebuilt their ground. Would loved to have seen us play at the original:

Having an Eagle fly around the ground before KO is very cool too.

Last season it was the pub directly opposite the train station, if your coming by train, then they bus'd us to the ground nearer to kick off.

When ive been in the car (Boxing day) we drank in the pub on the hill facing their main stand, cant remember the name, right by the A500, mixed but no mither, we drank outside in the beer garden right up to Kick off. Stay away from stoke town centre, its shite even when the games not on...

Hanley has bowling, cinema type complex, festival park or something like that, can get a drink there if you want to stay away from the crowd..

Dont attempt to walk back to the train station on your own out of the escort. Its £#%&!ing miles away and the park has been interesting in the past.

Good away.

Another one for me to miss...........

Bit of googling and its this one mate...

The Trentham Lakes
Stanley Matthews Way
Trentham Lakes,
Stoke on Trent
ST4 4TL

A harvester type family pub

Plenty of parking round there on an industrial estate and some travellodge/hotel car parks round the Britannia..
