Classic England. Perhaps now the arrogant English media and fans will realise that we don't actually have good footballers (give or take 2 or 3)
let alone a good team

Barry was seriously at fault imo for the last two. First one he wants to take a touch on a loose ball at the edge of the box, second one he just shows how slow he is. If there's anybody in England who still thinks he's any good they must be city fans.

Funny as £#%&!.

Englands most potent goal threat? Peter Crouch. Still on the bench.

that move summed england up. rooney started a move from his own box ran the length of the pitch and barry plays a holocaust out of touch.

Qualification for the championships should be the goal, anything above that a massive bonus.

We should really be congratulating them for getting through that tough group on their return tbh.

Why would they?

This happens at every single tournament (well, the ones they actually manage to qualify for).

And yet when the next one rolls around, the press, the pundits, they trot out the same old shite.

always two or three options for german players on the ball and they have the brains to use them and just push the ball around until they work some space. compare to england, always hurried and loathe to take the simple pass because after 30 seconds of possession it's obviously not working and somebody needs to get it forward. preferably upson or terry.

oh, and gerrard has been absolutely £#%&!ing abysmal.

Bayern will probably snap him up for €10m.

After he turns down a £74m move to City.

No lucky deflections for F£#%&! today, I see........

And just two minutes added time instead of the seemingly almost mandatory 3 - the ref is clearly merciful

Technically inferior, over-rated, over-paid and embarassing.

The team shape and player selections have been horrendous tbh.
