He wants to come. They’re willing to let him go and we can get him right now. Basically £10m to get a new top manager mid-season. Saves £#%&!ing around with interims and Poch 2/3 of a season to get his feet under the table.

We need someone now. What would Carrick and an interim mean for any signings (and those we need to let go)? Surely you want the man lined up as permanent making those decisions?
