We've really missed Fred.

It’s pretty easy - let’s see how he does with a decent run in a dysfunctional team like Everton’s. One swallow doesn’t make a summer and all that but the point which a few of us made on here was that he was never given a run of games under ole. It was late subs, pulled early, played well one week and then dropped etc etc. He could never prove he was either good or not good enough.

Ole managed him like you would someone who was #@&%! your Mrs. absolutely mental. Whilst playing Fred mctom and other assorted shit every £#%&!ing week.

Deserved sacking for that alone imv.

All the reasonable views on this just wanted to see what he could do with a run of half a dozen games or so. But week in week out we get two of the worst starting midfielders in club history bulletproof to the drop. Absolutely baffling.

Would have loved to have seen de Beek with Matic of 5 years ago get a run of 10 games together.

Mentioned this ages ago. His game is about short accurate fast passes to feet - triangles type shit. To do that, you need speed of thought, constant movement and speed of delivery. Our game is built on slow ponderous predicable inaccurate midfield passes - Pogba and Bruno - arguably our most talented - seem intent on sand ironing Hollywood balls that draw gasps but actually destroy momentum. the rest of them are so utterly inept that it conspires to make beek look out of place. He’s not, they are.
