How do Fred bets work? Give the dough to a third party?
Done and done....

Just hold it till the last day / until they lose...

Normally choose a charity. (Apart from the rooney bet and Mr Ed, I want his cold hard cash)

Safe. Hope I lose, like. Can’t be arsed inventing a charity.

I agree, losing their best player is going to be a big blow to them.

If we hadn't dropped six points in our last three games, the gap would only be nine points going into new year, the title race would still have been on.

Frankly, no. When Arsenal did it they had a half-decent United and Chelsea to beat. City don’t.

It’s just occurred to me that they’ll have won the league in March so will probably start fannying about but a bet’s a bet

they'll have to get by with Kun , what a tragedy - city bought players to replace departing players that were not good enough. we bought players to replace injured players. so it wasn't jose replacing shit it was filling in gaps. there is no way that smalling , blind , darmian , rojo , jones or shaw would still be at city. those are just the defenders. our squad is paper thin in quality.
