He was roundly condemned as being anti football for a reason. His Chelsea sides stank, and now we do.

He wouldn't have managed it in 2005 with the players he has now either.......

Shaw was decent though, imo.
Pogba and Martial are the only ones who seem to have a picture in their head.

And martial still has the annoying habit of showing good form and then disappearing for a couple of games.

Rashford has been very poor this week. Erratic.

Throw in Martial not looking great and suddenly we look poor. Unless our forwards are firing individually , we struggle.

I'd still like to see mkjitaryan in there. He carries the ball well and can spot a pass. Yes, he gives the ball away a lot, but i actually have a degree of expectation when he gets the ball.

I hate Darmian. He's f***ing shit.

Then you contrast with how neatly and clinically Bristol City took their goals.
It is because the whole focus of the attaching play is on moments from individuals. It does not work as a whole with all the parts moving together. Martial will get it, take 10 touches , Pogba will do his holding on to the ball for 15 secs and then play a brilliant pass thing, Rashford will get his head down and run.

There is more than enough talent at the club for Utd to be playing a better quality of football than they are, we see it in flashes or 5 mins here and there.

We had Ibra, Lukaku, Pogba, Rashford and Martial on the pitch at the same time. That’s not negative.

It’s clear these players aren’t good enough, attitude stinks. They play for themselves.

You might not like it yourself, but most people will put up with JM's football when it brings results. When it doesn't they will become restless, and understandably so.
Pyrrhic victories.

In that case, maybe should he stop messing around and actually get rid of the shit@#%&!s in the squad and get some adequate replacements in his 4th and 5th transfer windows then?

Slept through this (so did you lot from the sound of it)

Recorded it but don’t think I can go through with it. Noticed we had more posesh. No wonder we lost.

Not arsed, really. Concentrate on the league.

I seem to remember them turning us over a few times, tbf.

He can produce effective football with the right players, even if its not Brazil '70 redux. And after the chaos 2013-16 chaos what United needed above all was to get into the habit of winning again.

OK, things aren't going as smoothly on that score as we might have wished

Maybe some of the players didn’t want
To come to the office today. Sweet Jesus that’s £#%&!ing scandalous in so many ways ... the club needs to get rid of him and get a young upcoming manager who can offer fresh attacking pro active football .. if he’s stood there and said that the players need selling out the @#%&!s.

We need better players, or do you think most of this lot habitually finishing outside the top 4 with 3 different managers is a £#%&!ing coincidence?

His tactics were/are viable in English football. The Premier League became a counter-punch league in which pragmatists and transition based coaches such as Mourinho, Ranieri and Conte were successful over the last few years.

Guardiola is perhaps changing that by sparking a tactical elevation of the game, in a way Van Gaal was unable to. But without his arrival Mou would possibly be still winning this title playing the style he always has. It’s wider, in the higher end of European football, where maybe he seems a little dated.

A good contest between 2 good championship teams

Darmian has to go, worst player out there by a country mile, Lindelof is too slow. Rashford has the touch of a rapist. Zlatan looked every single day of his 38 years, Rojo is a an accident waiting to happen.

Up front without a proper number 10 we look like we have no actual game plan other than to hope for a moment of brilliance . Luke Shaw was good but he needs to do more attack wise . He is better than his stats suggest, 0 goals & 4 assists in his entire prem career.
