Might be smart move if we are going to be camped in their half. Gets pogba playing further up with protection behind him

Looks a good line up.
Will have to see whether the pre-match moan-a-thon was worth it.

is it a diamond to help deal with Kane dropping into the midfield? or is pogba playing on the left

I like Pogba further up, but it probably means Rashford down the right, where he’s far more effective. The issue is that all of rashford, Pogba and martial’s best position is that left side.

Good team overall though.

Glad there’s no James. Sorry, Dan.

Prefer it if he keeps it 4231 and plays pogba wide ride rashford left. Will need a bit of width when Jose parks his bus

Rather pogba on the right and rashford on the left. Might even get some decent crossing in for cavani

I’d prefer that too.

Absolute %@#$&!s. Big 5 was United, Liverpool, Everton, Arsenal and Spurs, and was always referred as such.

Decent enough selection. Just wish we didn’t have to go into these games with half as much rest time as the opponent. Would be happy enough with any kind of scrappy win.

Pogba out wide?

His best position IMO.

Hope we absolutely wipe the floor with them but wouldn’t be surprised to see them win 1-0 after a Jose defensive masterclass

If the situation was reversed you can bank on Jose going on about it pre and post game.

reminds me of when we went unbeaten for ages under ole at the start and then lost our run at Arsenal.

Would take a point now tbh

Oh would definitely take a draw with the other results. Increase the lead on Leicester and tick another tough game off. Win and we’ll almost assured of 2nd IMO.

As much as I hate seeing us lose, even ‘as you were’ isn’t so bad.
