I don't get what they hope to achieve in 2 weeks, is covid going to magically disappear? Cramming more postponed fixtures into even less time will run players into the ground and teams will end up fielding reserves by the run-in.

Saying all that our lot would benefit from a break. We might be the form team now but it's not sustainable, especially on the back of no pre-season. So if the PL want to further destroy their spectacle while giving us a helping hand then crack on.
