we definitely have some tough matches left just given how poor our form has been at home....however we've got a 9 point gap to Chelsea in fifth who's run in looks like this
Brighton home West Ham away Fulham home City away Arsenal home Leicester home Villa away their run in looks to be more difficult than ours plus they've got the CL to navigate Liverpool probably have the easiest run in from those outside the top 4 Leeds Newcastle Man United Southampton West Brom Burnley Palace |

Obviously they should still win the title comfortably, and that is what I am assuming. But as long as we keep winning, you never quite know. |

There’s finishing second and then there’s finishing second about 25 points behind. Some might say it’s all the same, but when the ambition is to close tie gap, we’ve got to get closer and if it’s 5-10 points, that’s something you can look at and realistically see making up. What impressed me about the weekend was the real desire to win the match. With all the other results and difficulty of the fixture, a point would have been decent, especially sandwiched between Europe. We got screwed on a decision, went behind, but we still get going and once it got to 1-1 we were the only team trying to win. Funny how we haven’t seen the Top 6 Mini League results since we won at City and Spurs too There was a period a few weeks ago where you worried for that second spot and we were losing that cushion in the top four. Now, we’re cemented in second and we’ve knocked out another 4 league wins in a row. We haven’t moved from second, but doing that and closing the gap just a little is positive. |
