Fantastic achievement for a genuinely great player. Remember Fergie picking him ahead of Cole towards end of 96 season and we smashed Forest 5 0, he got a couple. That night Oasis played at Maine Road and a fanzine had given out all these pisstaking posters which were all over Maine Rd. Has to be the Bradford goal tho I think. Fantastic arrers

blackburn couple of seasons ago. scored a great goal in a game we were really struggling in, kind of like todays goal too, sidestepped a defender and smashed it in. knew we'd win the league from that day on.

Boro away, back at the start of the last decade crazy 4-3 game, Neville pulls a ball back to him from a short corner routine , about 30 yards out, and he hits one of the purest strikes of a ball I have ever seen, stunning goal.

6 for the season for Scholes? not a huge number but more that anyone probably expected.

One of my favourite United games of recent years, if not ever Also had Ole's last ever goal for us I think, somehow appropriate

And a match at OT where the crowd made a real difference too!

He is a magician tbh. His technique is 2nd to none. It's been a huge bonus for us this season that he's been vital to us. It looked like he wasn't gonna offer much more anymore but the last 3 months especially, he seems to have had a new lease of life, he's been outstanding.

I'm proud to say he went to the same school as me and played on the same school fields as I did.

Although he isn't quite as good as I am.
