Good news about Rooney Anto but I'm nervous. Delighted with the wins but worried about the performances.

For instance have you seen this man?

He seems to have gone missing recently.

Lille have injury problems as well.

If we can pull off the premiership this season it will go down as one of the greatest, we will have done it with a really small squad of players, this summer is going to be very important too as we will not be so lucky again, we need at least three top players to sustain us again next season, a midfielder like hargreaves, a striker and a winger. If we were to get these players and with a few of our more promising reserves coming back we could then £#%&! off the like of richardson and be in a good position.

Yup, though to be fair he played for a club that's traditionally gone missing around this time of the season until now. He'll kick on again soon enough, he just needs to get used to a season being 9 months long rather than the 6 or 7 Spurs play.

The performances have dropped and it is worrying. But lets hope this is our 'slump' and the wins keep coming.
We have just about enough quality to see us through. I think the main concern would be a couple of bad injuries that hit us hard for the rest of the season.

I would have bared my arse out of the 3rd floor window at work if anyone had suggested we would be in the position we are at the start of the season.

As mentioned in previous threads - we need a midfield option with some bite.

Easier said than done, but we also need to buy these players at the start of the transfer window and not fanny around all Summer like last year. The longer negotiations get protracted the more the rumours of us actually having no money will in crease, and the doommongery on here will go interstellar. I CANNOT go through another Summer like last year. It is not good for my health.

We need to clear out some of the dead wood so players like him can get a chance.

Well he's playing every week in the Spanish top division so he has a chance.

We are yet to have our 'blip'.

(As opposed to Rio having a 'Brap')

I can't believe we didn't call back Pique, Rossi and Evans for the run in. We could really do with Rossi now that Larsson is definitely going home, and Evans would be a useful option in midfield now that we're going to be without Scholes for 3 games.
