I genuinely think he's going to be a key player for us.
We’ve been so devoid of midfield quality he’d have to play well below his standards not to be a key player

Think harder.

Kind of signing the £#%&!ing scousers make every so often who flourishes there. Cost nothing, nobody is expecting that much of him so every positive is a bonus, and if he gets through each game without keeling over everybody is happy. Win win.

I'm eternally optimistic when it comes to new signings. It's like getting with a new bird. Then after a few months you realise you're in for the same crushing disappointment.

Although i've only ever been genuinely excited by a handful.

Eric.
Yorke, oddly enough.
Seba. Was in dreamland that day
Wazza
Di Maria

Or he could be our Oxlade Chamberlain.

Yep, he’s a huge upgrade in terms of strengthening the squad. Much more useful than any of the players that have left.

Was about to say how enjoyable it is when old @#%&!s like him can still play at the highest level but I've seen he's just 30 years old.

Another one willing to hope my hands up. Thought he was going to sit on the bench and be a nice lad like Mata. He's been integral so far
