We didn’t have a financial advantage when busby built the club. We didn’t have a financial advantage when Fergie built his first title winning team. We did have one some time between 1994-2005. The Glazers then £#%&!ed our financial advantage. And mourinho has a cheek given he managed Chelsea under abramovic.

Part of the problem is giving wages far in excess of a player’s next best alternative.

just feels like we're £#%&!ed with no plan to get out of it...we don't even have a recognisable system of play.

Injuries galore - those that are fit the majority don't seem arsed.

Nobody aside from Mata who can deliver a dead ball.

No leaders - we're rowing a boat with one oar.
