Believe that when I see it tbh. Even with Levy, money ultimately talks.

If grealish goes for £100m then Levy will want £120m minimum. £#%&!ing craaazy. £220m on 2 players just to win ECL. Possibly without Barca Madrid and Juve if this ESL ban thing continues.

On the other ifs doesn’t win it with those 2 then surely it’s bye bye Pep.

And Jack Grealish isnt helping you win the CL. I hope he puts Mahrez out of the team tbh

I find the Grealish thing really odd. And Kane for that matter. 2 players I'm not sure suit their style that well

They’re going to be unstoppable with those two added to an already ridiculously strong squad.

People on here trying to convince themselves they’re not going to make a difference

Kane is perfect for them. Comes deep and gets involved in build up play, and he scores goals.

Hope he collapses in a heap after a couple of games and is out for the season.

Grealish will have the same sort of impact as Mahrez imo.

Well I didn't say that, at all, I was saying that Kane in particular is obviously not the kind of player they'd usually go for. He'll obviously thrive on the service though and score a shitload, so let's hope he does his cruciate in the first game.

It seems like the old genius pep is trying to offload £50m sterling, £40m Silva and possibly even £60m Mahrez and £30m Jesus to make way for the £230m pair of Grealish and Kane. Master of his craft.

Big deal ! We've got a reserve striker as manager & Martials back, we'll walk the league. It's coming home.

£120m for Kane is bordering on peanuts when you get the leagues highest scorer & highest assists in one player at his age, knows the league, does it every single year & won't make a peep of trouble (lol.) England captain to boot for commercial shit & frankly all but guarantees domestic success for them on top of the current squad. Numbers are arbitrary, but Grealish isn't anywhere near a £100m player in comparison for the things that count, he doesn't score many & he creates by getting fouled a lot - he is undoubtedly a mighty fine player in his own right as an attacking midfielder, but he is literally £#%&! all compared to Kane when it comes to winning games. He's £#%&! all when compared to Bruno even. Why would anyone pay £100m for him really? There are better attacking midfielders out there for far less.

Levy wouldn't let Kane go for less than £150m IMO which is why this is an issue.

Highest fees ever:

Neymar - €220m
Mbappé - €180m

Then look at what every other highest cost to see what you got for your money compared to what Kane will do:

Coutinho () - €145m
João Félix - €126m
Griezmann - €120m
Ousmane Dembélé - €105m
Pogba - €105m
Hazard - €100m

Even Higuain cost Juve €90m 5 years ago

Covid might have changed the way fees are structured, but it also means Kane is even more of a commodity as Spurs need to find a replacement when everyone knows they'll have a shitload of cash.

City will need to slap down £150m minimum. Probably some incentives on top for CL success as well.

Considering they are in debt in regards of the stadium they built and havent filled for a year, not so sure they will be as flush as you think.

Everyone knows that, they very publicly took a massive government loan to cover it off - but that won't mean a thing when they go knocking for a new striker elsewhere after Kane is sold for ~£150m. Everyone will put their prices up, same as they do when we come knocking after Ed told everyone we are the richest club in the world etc. Some things you can't outrun.

Spurs have bid €50m for the Atalanta CB Romero, so they're not doing nothing (also picked up that Bryan Gil kid who looks mint) but it's hardly replacing what they need if / when he goes. They'll need a no.9 and a good one at that.

Been linked with Vlahovic from Fiorentina, he'll cost £50-60m.

He looks quality tbf, sort of unit that probably won't need a lot of time to settle in.

Extended his holiday in Florida and will miss the opening game, City vs Spurs.

Bottled it.

Expect it will be announced after the game.

Hiding. Shithouse move.

Unnecessary too. Just tell Levy you’re off, tell him to get the move done then show up like a professional. It all ends the same way. He’ll get his move either way.

Bet Kane’s curtains are closed whilst he trawls Twitter all day

I’m actually surprised at him tbh. Thought he’d want to leave Spurs on best possible terms with the supporters etc
