Sods law that 70% of pundits and journalists in the game are ex Liverpool players who are biased. We finally get a club legend in and he turns into a try hard #@&%!.

I don't see what you've got with Neville, I find his commentary pretty engaging and quite amusing.

He kept ignoring the fact Shaw clearly got the ball first.

He is obsessed with players being sent off by VAR.

He was absolutely fantastic. Thats the kind of performance against teams like Burnley we should be seeing regularly. The problem is, he hasn't done it.

He was originally saying that Shaw didn't get the ball up until the replays showed otherwise.

Guy in the studio saying that Maguire's goal would have been harsh in Burnley as it was from a cross by Shaw who shouldn't have been on the pitch!!

Those who think it’s a foul or sending off seem to think the Burnley player kicked the ball and shaw was late with his tackle. Dyche thought this. The blind bastards.

they switched to saying he nicked the ball, but went over the top deliberately in the way jamie had literally been coached to do in the olden days.

it's shaw, ffs. he won the ball and the late-arriving @#%&! clattered into him. not a red. not a yellow. not even a foul.

seething that we only won three shameful points because of this.

So clear it was not a foul. Weird that people couldn't see this in 5-10 seconds.

would have drawn or lost that a year ago. Good progress.

Shaw and Martial on the left is atrocious. Both individually and as a pairing. Quality of passing is embarrassing. One good shot aside, Martial was very bad. A continuing theme.

Maguire finally gets one of his headers on target and...VAR

Whats happened to the Indy? The website is a cross the MEN and CNN.

That stemmed from Luke Shaw’s high and hard tackle on Johann Berg Gudmundsson, moments before Edinson Cavani was swiped down on the edge of the Burnley box.

Had that moment counted, an upgrade to a red card for Brady seemed probable after the VAR review - but when play was instead pulled back for the initial challenge at the other end, left-back Shaw can count himself extremely fortunate to not see a red of his own.

The next call was rather more straight-forward minutes later, when Harry Maguire headed in - but only after leveraging himself up off a defender.
