A one host nation format in the Fatherland is surely something we can all enjoy. Plenty of scope for chair throwing and pretend hard men getting battered also due to ease of travel

Yeah they have been utter shit for a while, but they are blooding the new lads like Wirtz who is sensational.

it's a weird format. england, for example, could play a team from any group except b in the next round. group b is probably the group of death.

if england come second in the group, they will probably play germany. that'll be fun.
