Not sure to think,
they are crashing but so did his Dortmud team when he left Dortmund
so if he is complenting walking for this reason alone then he is quiter.
On the other hand his mother just died, so and his probably not handling it well since greif affect peoples diffrently. So more power too him if has decided to leave his current job too work through his emmotions

he's been so unlucky to be the only manager ever to have one of their players injured long-term, and now to be the first manager whose had a parent die.
