Yes he's a bit streaky and will probably always underachieve somewhat.

But 2020 has been a good year for him. He was class after the restart and his CF play then was very much United standard. Fernandes likes playing with him as well.

Think he'll have a big say in this season. So will Greenwood. Neither have got going yet

Recent performances have been better too - good vs Shef U, quality vs Leeds, good cameo vs Everton. We were better last night after he came on

He really had the bit between his teeth. Since then he's reverted to type.

He'll not change. Rooney could be similar, but scored a lot more goals.

They have 1 League goal each, and we're 4 months into the season.

To say they haven't got going yet is one helluva understatement.

Both have ridiculous talent, so no excuse. They need to do far more.

Give Greenwood a pass, he is young and generally only plays 60 mins. We don’t create much either. Of course he should score more but I’d give him a pass.

Martial is a senior striker and needs to do much more, maybe with the title challenge on the horizon might just get these guys to kick it up a gear.

Martial's made 9 starts in the league including one where he was sent off after half an hour, one of the softest reds you'll ever see

Greenwood is in his second full season tbf so was always going to find it tougher and it’s unfair to lump him in with Martial.

Let’s not forget Cavani recently came back from injury, had no pre season at all and also served a three game suspension but has somehow looked better than ‘Tone’ in the few games he’s played for us.

Time for excuses has come and gone.

They’ve both been at the club for 6 years ffs.

Can’t understand why certain players have excuses after excuse made for them when they’re clearly playing like utter shit and have been for months and let’s be honest it’s not the first time he’s gone hiding under Ole.

He hasn’t improved much in 4 seasons. You forgot the having a kid, splitting up with his bird and his grievance with Mourinho with them excuses.

If we’re serious about winning anything, we need to get rid. His work ethic on the pitch is terrible.

Greenwood’s come from the reserves.

He’s a flaky shit but he’s got great talent & shown he can do it consistently last season. Help him find that the way Pogba is reviving his form & expressing himself. A confident team will deliver us something amazing, one carrying slapped arses won’t. I honestly think Ole’s rotation & man management is the biggest key to success this season than any one player carrying us.
