None of our forwards have played with any consistency all season.

He’ll be working as a dinner lady in a few seasons at this rate.

Tbf, Martial has been consistently shit.

Injured?

Did he have a three game suspension in the autumn?

Been absolute £#%&!ing garbage lately.

Also I’ve come to realise he’s a very stroppy and petulant when things don’t go for him... not a good look.

Arguably his worst performance in a Utd shirt
Attitude £#%&!ing terrible

Huge issue at Utd that Ole doesn’t feel he can drop or sub Rashford despite the fact he deserves it and needs it

the thing with Rashford is and he usually plays like this all the time but more often than not he scores a goal or provides an assist so no-one really minds

it might just be one of those things with Rashford where you just have to accept he’ll have games like this but then he can also pop the ball through the defenders legs and smash it in the top corner.

It’s becoming a real problem.

This is his poorest spell of form for some time nqat, and really not what we need on nights like tonight.

Players who weren’t playing well for extended periods used to get dropped for a bit.

Drop him for Martial for a couple of games?

I know, I know...

BUT it could just pull them both out of their funk. Give martial the confidence (and played in his best position) and also gives rashford the kick he needs

Ole needs to do something.

Diallo? Palace is a perfect game for him. It’s not a big game or a game that has the spotlight on. He could easily have given him 90 mins today and bring rashford back into the team vs city.

That being said, you play your best players if you can, the bigger gripe I have with today’s game is leaving rashford on when he wasn’t just doing nothing, he was losing the ball and have poor touches.

He looks very tired , but that isn’t excuse for his poor attitude , at times walking on the pitch like he’s ronaldo

Possibly, but that means you need Cavani fit, today being his first game back, and Martial available, which today he wasn’t. Properly highlights the paucity of options doesn’t it.

Would’ve loved him to bring Diallo on, wonder if he’s resisting throwing him on in situations like today or Sunday lest something goes wrong and he is at the centre of it, being so early in his career. Can’t be far off now though

Nice to see a bit of fight tbh, about time they started bawling each other out on the £#%&!ing pitch instead of shrugging and looking bewildered.

Tbf it would be surprising if all the praise for his off field activities hadn't gone to his head just a little bit.

Which isn’t necessarily bad if it comes with hard work . Fergie used to have loads of players with big egos who wanted to win , hated losing and thought they were the shit. TThey need a player or two to guide them. Maguire needs to exert himself as the captain .
