All depends on how much power they give him. Hopefully if it is true he has the final say on everything football related.

Or it’s a shitty little PR stunt from the glazers . He would be brilliant for the role , I’m sure he studied business at university or something as well. He has experience and knows his off the field stuff too. This isn’t just an ex player given a role with no real power .

Was a bit sceptical tbh. Cannot see the glazers giving the power that’s required for a DOF to an actual DOF. They have all the control with their stooges in place.

Was more hope, VDS would have been brilliant , esp knowing ETH already.
