That would make perfect sense for them as they’ve got a highly rated teenager (I think he’s a striker) on the books and one due from Brazil in a year or two, so a 29 year old number 9 would be perfect for them. And us, obvs, but Levy is a @#%&!.

This is where they’d cherry pick the best players in England. Not happening now I’m afraid.

Benzema, as well as being the prime reason Liverpool aren't on 8 European Cups, is also a player who pitched in with 45 league goals in 55 league games aged 34/35 (Lewandowski of course turning in similar hauls at that age ..)
