Away tickets at OT

Got a Turkish lad at work who is gagging to go to the the Galatasaray game on the 19th & wants to be in with his lot - don't think he's with any supporters groups etc so was wondering if there was a straight forward way for him to get involved?

It isn't easy for a champions league game mate, especially those lot, supporters clubs would be his best bet or go down to the ground, ticket exchanges etc, all stuff we'd do if it was us....
