Default Hostile bid?

Is that actually a viable/possible option?

If so, how would it work?

Hostile bid is a pretty irrelevant term in this case. It will basically be hostile until / if the Glazers accept

I love the idea of a 'hostile' bid/takeover.

I just imagine them signing stuff they don't want to and having a massive sulk on their face. Lots of stern states at the buyers.
