Two of the weakest teams in the league. Spurs and Arsenal. Should never ever happen.

Feel for ETH he has a bunch of soft @#%&!s in his team. A shit scouting department and even worse recruitment team giving high wages to players , which in turn we struggle to bin. This then restricts who we buy due to FFP.

I think VAR’s done for me tbh. Lines on a screen
Just get ChatGPT to decide the winner based on heat maps and ‘duels won’ and have done with it.

Nobody likes a whiner

I’m more bothered that no defender closed down Rice.

I cba searching but isn’t there a clip of Keane lambasting Neville about closing down players? You simply give every last drop of energy to get close.

We didn’t.
Had VAR done it’s job, Evans would’ve got to Rice to block him. Instead Gabriel was allowed to wrestle/obstruct him without either the officials or VAR showing the slightest interest.

So perhaps more against us than for, as per usual

Someone had to say it. We dominated today and made a couple of stupid mistakes.

Yeah, its galling. I've not been this angry in a while because we absolutely deserved a draw. £#%&!ing horrific.

We deserved a win. One shitty VAR decision away from one, too.

I think we deserved something. We were shite until we scored, then it was pretty even after that. We looked the best we’ve looked on the break for a while when Hojlund came on.

You’re never going to dominate Arsenal at their place, but we controlled large parts of the game and in big games like that, it often comes down to small margins and moments. We were on the wrong side of one, the right side of one with the penalty and we £#%&!ed up for the winner.

We’ve got to learn to manage key moments better. Spurs was similar. Missed a huge chance when we were on top, then switched off after half time. Today, we should have closed it out. Arsenal were giving it a go, but were struggling to break us down and then we just let that overrated doofas bring the ball down, turn and it hit with no pressure.

At least two VAR decisions. But you knew as soon as the “penalty” was overturned the next one would go against us. Need VAR decisons to be made in an environment where the decision maker is completly objective. So colours/faces obscured. The technology must exist.

Arsenal and Spurs have got us at the right time, hopelessly depleted and struggling for form.

We're going to take some time to get up and running this season that much is plainly £#%&!ing obvious. I was pleased that we managed to not looked a complete disjointed mess for the vast majority of the game but like you said the way we managed the last 10 mins was very disappointing. I wish we hadn't given them so many corners and just invited pressure on.

It happens but the longer this shocking away streak goes on the more pressure is going to be piled on the manager.

we definitely didn't deserve to lose and could easily have won. lots of positives today, not least onana (again) and hojlund.
but those saying we lost because of the ref/VAR are cracked.
