Never thought I'd be wishing for a chubbing but seeing as we've had 3 from 3, I would quite happily take one for Palace. Hate the place.

It's a pain in the arse isnt it? Plus, 4.30pm on the Sunday. it all adds up to a big £#%&! off tbf.
If I get them in this ballot, I'll let them go

Thats my thinking.
Problem is with this now having to collect them in person shite like on euro aways. I've already been pulled for Brentford so have to fanny about at their ticket office. Be a nightmare if you pass them on and then get pulled.

People giving tickets to people who want to go to the game, stops people who want to go to the game from going to the game?

Is it that difficult to understand?

Your original comment? Yes. It makes no sense.

If you get a ticket, then give it to me and I go to the game, how does that stop people going to the game?

It really is quite simple.

More applications in the ballot decreases the chances of being successful.

But if you get a ticket and give it to me is that not "successful"?

I’ll stop biting after this..

The outcome you’re suggesting is ‘successful’.

In an ideal world you’d get one in the ballot because it isn’t overly populated with people that don’t intend to go or tout the ticket.

Personally.. I can’t be arsed asking people for tickets or owing them ‘favours’ that I can’t guarantee on paying back. It’s just a game of football.

It's the game though

I'll always help mates out with tickets. I apply for every game and have the intention to go. But 4.30pm on a Sunday at Palace doesnt appeal that much to me, so I'll help someone who will return the favour
I don't see anything wrong with that. It's the way it's always been.

I've had no luck in the ballots this season but got Southampton & Leicester and turned a Brentford down.

It is. At the same time there’s no sense in people moaning about ballot results when they’re bumping up the numbers for games they won’t go to.
