I fast most days for between 14 and 18 hours.

How are you fasting till 1pm then eating a breakfast type meal...

easy mate. finish tea at 6pm and then don't eat until 2pm the next day. that's 20 hours. i don't even think about it. black coffee, green tea and water does me until eating again.

my problem at the moment is stuffing my face after #cans on friday and saturday, and sometimes thursday and/or sunday too. when i didn't do this, this was #life

I don't have tea unless it is cake and cucumber sandwiches in the afternoon taken on the lawn. three meals a day for me, breakfast, lunch and dinner.

Breakfast was full pack of frankfurters & 5 eggs





For tea i had Egg fried cauli-rice with chicken, greenbeans & spring onions.
Seasoned with Chinese 5spice, sesame oil & pink salt.

zero carbs in them. Sausages have filler ( bread ) so can be a few grams of carbs per sausage. You can get ones with hardly any. Richmond irish recipe are the worse, they're 8 grams per sausage !! which must mean there is more filler than meat in them.

The best are bratwurst, which i have a lot of too.
