I did a summer research job at Glasgow Uni field station in Loch Lomond.

There was a Bangladeshi field course we had to entertain.

They caught the most magnificent of wild Scottish Salmon and a returning sea trout. Both beautiful creatures.

Bunged a load of SPAR curry powder on them and ruined them both.

After i eat my 90 egg stash, im going to try duck eggs.

Just thrown a rack of ribs on the smoker for tonight, about 8 hours done with oak and alder. Got a brisket on there as well that's been brined for a week, left in the fridge marinating in pastrami rub for two days and now giving it 6 hours on smoke before steaming it to make pastrami.
Going to chuck and chicken on later as well for sandwiches and salad through the week.
