you ate rice on keto ! REPORTED !

i may have done at the start but once you're fully fat adapted ( takes a few weeks ) you wont.

Up your fat intake or you could have things like keto protein/snack bars when you work out ( like when you're gagging for a mars bar after swimming )

There are also things called fat bombs ( just basically keto friendly treats that contain a lot of fat for on the go ) Or have a packed lunch of cheese, fatty deli meats/cured meats )

What's your favourite style of egg?

Mines scrambled with half a block of mature cheddar.

I've never had a poached egg. It just looks like a fried egg in water....surely unless on a no fat diet, fried is better?

Have you eggy lads tried duck eggs yet? ive not.
Duck eggs are great. They taste the same (to me, at least) but are much bigger.

This video has changed the way I eat fried eggs:

The one with the cheddar on the bottom is the best. Season with a dab of cayenne pepper on top for perfection.

Poached eggs are still the best, I reckon, but frying them like this comes close.

I always find omelettes a bit disappointing. They sound great but they never are regardless of what you put into them.

Poached
Fried
Boiled
Scrambled
Omelette

If you fancy switching it up, boil an egg & then slice in half - get a sharp knife & slice a very thin layer of butter off & lay over the egg, season, enjoy.

Eggs
freshly boiled egg, preferably two , peeled (use marigolds if not a real man) , in a cup lots of butter, salt pepper, chopped up like f***ery with a knife. Egg in a cup, lovely on toast

Any of you ever tried a goose egg? They taste more or less the same as chicken eggs but they're as big as your fist. Think they can only be got around spring time too but something not to be passed up on if you ever see them. Bloody delicious boiled. A farm shop is your best bet.

Pity the poor geese that have to shit them out.

Yep. Took an age, worth it though.

Might fry one for the lolz next time, egg will probably be bigger than the frying pan though.
