Having a piss in the pool showers and the shower stopping abruptly

Stayed at my dads recently after he had an operation. Was only there for a few days and on the first night I noticed someone was listening to Sultans of Swing by Dire Straits. Nothing particularly irritating about it, could only hear it once I turned the tv off to go to sleep and it was being played at a perfectly reasonable volume. Anyway, I wake up the next morning, and I can still hear it being played. Gradually, as the next couple of days go by I notice it more and more. Constant droning, the plodding beat, and that guitar lick going on and on in my head. Several days later and it has gnawed away at me. It was infuriating by the end. Who listens to the same song four days straight on repeat?

I can still hear it now.

It's because if it's in change, the waiter gets to keep the money to themselves. If you pay on card, the tips are shared between all staff (I learnt recently). I suspect they take their time so you get bored and bugger off leaving said change.
