He's lacking confidence. Trying too hard, but there's some good attributes there and he's an honest kid who will work hard.

He just isn't good enough for first choice. A pretty good back up to Mason.

Stroll in the park 2nd half and some lovely football
Greenwood’s goal just before half time broke Villa

Not a good first 30 mins until the pen
Against better teams we’ll pay for that

What more can you say about that front 5
Genuinely might be the best front 5 in the league

Another one crossed off the list
Onto Southampton at home on Monday

My lad told me at half time. Wasnt convinced but the NBC commentator said it after the third went in. Amazing really.

Shows how far we've come when we can be at 6/10 and still stroll and should have won by 5 or 6.

Quite a transformation from wondering what we do and how we're going to score.

No crowd helps us too. Everyone seems very composed.

He was actually pretty good when he came on in the last game.

As long as he's not a starter... who cares?

The rest ok.

A decent nights work

How the f*** is Williams not starting ahead of Shaw OR AWB?
Rashford is coming back from 5-6months roughly out. AWB will have hit or miss games he is still a young player. He will learn.

Thought it was brunos worst appearance in a utd shirt ( still scored)

Sign greenwood on a 10 year deal like atletico did for saul

That's my point. I suspect they're coached to play percentages.

Slow start both here and in the Bournemouth game, as you say don't want to make a habit out of it.

Not until Monday night I think - Soton at home. A banana skin for us a few times in recent years.

I'm really surprised at the reaction to the penalty.

At worst, its soft.

But all this disgrace stuff.... come on....

Dean Smith. Cheeky bastard.

"How do you turn this around"

"Var decision would help"

Mate, your team were £#%&!ing shite. Maybe your defender shouldn't go clattering into the back of players, or just back off Greenwood.

Bitchin about decisions is so £#%&!ing weak.

We may not have impressed prior to that, but they weren't exactly taking things by the scruff of the neck either.

Soft doesn’t cover it but we’ll take it.

Gutted we’re not playing until Monday

It's a mentality thing too.

You can't control decisions.

Managers should be largely saying "disappointing, but nothing you can do"

Especially when there's so much you can do.

We love it in this country.... robbed...scandal...etc.

It's a pen all day long for me, mate. And I'm not just saying that because it's us.

Defender is in trouble the second he buys the dummy to shoot. If he made a last minute effort to get out the way, then ok, but he doesn't. Trailing leg comes out as he's falling. Foul.

Compare with Eric Dier and a similar challenge on the one moss gave in the spurs game that was overruled. Fernandes is smart again and gets his body in front to draw the foul, but Dier is also smart and gets himself out the way. If there's no contact, he's fine.

The Villa defender has been extremely naive. As Keane says, he's being punished for being clumsy.

It's level of response too that pisses me off.

Soft, clumsy, careless, unlucky.... but 'disgraceful', as Dean Smith put it, no. Don't exaggerate. You can see damn well why its given and if it was so incredibly obvious to 'anyone who has played the game' (which is another pointless failing argument they like to trot out) then it would be overturned.

It wasnt

And your team was appalling after that. Anything to say about that? No, of course not.

Edit; Ole agrees
