Would be a big shout for Moyes to come in and bin Evra, vice-captain and popular and influential member of the dressing room.

Remember someone on a podcast or something a few weeks ago saying that Moyes is renowned for being really hesitant and indecisive with transfers. I'd be surprised if he was already wielding the axe with both Nani and Evra without probably even speaking to them yet.

If we get £7m+ for Evra from monaco then I could just about live with it.

CM plus 2 wingers are the priority imo.

No chance. Evra was the best LB last season in the Premier League and you want to sell him?

Deary me.

Evra had a very good season, but Baines has been excellent for 2/3 years now and last year he was miles ahead of anybody in that position.

I'd keep Pat for another season though.

Baines can score a few free kicks so that makes him the best?

Evra was very very good last season.

I'd hate us to sign baines. It'd be a step backward for an old player. Prefer us to bring back the other twin.

Yes, bring back Fabio, and *maybe* sign Luke Shaw.

No

He created a shed load of chances for Everton last year. His overall play is very good.

If you think evra is a bit vulnerable defensively wait until you get a load of baines week in week out.

In the PL -

Baines, 38 appearances, 5 goals/5 assists
Evra, 34 appearances, 4 goals/5 assists

See, I like Baines. But I don't believe we should sign him.

Remember last season?

Joe "Welsh Xavi" Allen was the best passer in Europe.

Stupid stats like that mean nothing.
