That Eric volley is my favourite ever United goal.
The anticipation to hang back as Irwin's long ball goes into the box, followed by the absolute state of his first touch to lift the ball in the air, perfectly positioned to then adjust his body, swivel and smash a volley from that distance into the top corner.  The only thing that comes close in terms of execution has to be this:
