Moyes based purely on the poll question.

Otherwise Di Maria because he didn’t want to be here.

Owen
Valencia
Obertan

because it basically signalled that we weren't interested in reinvesting the ronaldo money

The summer 96 signings felt a real letdown after missing out on Shearer.

3 of them turned out great tbf...the other 2 not so much.

Without Obertan and Owen we'd have never won in Wolfsburg

Owen hands down. Honorable mentions to Larry White and Mark Bosnich.

Fellaini nqat - whilst I was as dismayed as anyone at Owen's signing, the knowledge of how much it pissed THEM off sugared the pill just a little

He was a great keeper in his prime - even if he was a touch on the short side.

I've no interest in the political side of it.

I think Heinze was my last straw for South Americans at Utd, and none of the subsequent signings have failed to disappoint. Just steer clear of the lot of 'em. Stick with Norwegians, Portuguese and the odd Korean, I reckon

Definitely the summer of 2009.

Just lost the champions league final, team looks like it’s starting to be in need of a refresh, you have the Ronaldo money and you basically don’t invest it in trying to be at least as good as the season before.

Hate going into seasons knowing you’re worse off, in recent times Jose’s final summer was disgusting as you knew we weren’t looking to compete.

Smith - felt disgusted
Owen a very, very close second. Behind Smith only because I expected Owen to be squad player

Can't think of another signing that came close to these two
