Would be a great coup but can't help feeling United will £#%&! it up somehow.

Tbf, if he’s played a few games for Birmingham, that would automatically make him our best midfielder.

Don't want to spend the extra £10mil to secure the signature of a 25 year old midfielder, but lets throw £30mil at a 16 year old one instead.
It’s like the media make figures up. They also forgot to mention he has to be World player of the year 5 years running for Birmingham to get the full 30m.

We don’t help ourselves sometimes tbh

Complain about the prices of players and market inflation and then sign a 16 year old kid for top dollar

I’m not against the signing at all btw.

Heard elsewhere from someone who knows his Dad.

Apparently they’re concerned United are currently a shambles.

yes, it wasn't really a question of whether he is any good, but rather pointing out that he has to want to play for united.

You had two questions and one of them was is he good?

I'm sure he'd love to play for United but if hes not going to play its sensible to stay at Birmingham and get games. We may aswell sign him and loan him back till the summer.
