Martial comes off, replaced by Lukaku/Sánchez and the game plan goes out the window...

Start with one of Lingard or Martial if there’s any doubt about their fitness.

Same as v Chelsea except for Alexis in for Lukaku.
Put a bit of faith in the lad and then bring Rommers on later on.
