Default West Ham away 1995

On this day 25 years ago.

Still brings me out in hives. That Oasis documentary had footage of them all watching it and the Gallaghers ripping Bonehead on the final whistle. Can remember it like yesterday ffs.

The two draws at home to Leeds and Chelsea £#%&!ed us. Would have been ours had they won those

i still don't know how we didn't manage to score a second, we were all over them. iirc, cole, hughes and mcclair all missed really good chances.

Considering we lost Eric from January and only finished a point behind them speaks volumes. We should have won 5 on the spin from 93-97

Feels like a dickish thing to do now but I walked out and didn’t watch the trophy bit after that match. Was seething that we let them off the hook after those @#%&!s drove through walls to stop us winning it.

Absolutely seething - despise the cockney dicks - everything about them from Russell Brand to their Pringle sweater shit. Our players playing keep ball and seeing out the match to save those utter bells. Madness.

Went down that day and didn’t get in. Piled into their end just before the end of the game and we got walloped about like a £#%&!ing pin ball

This.
Is there any player that has better win record % in English top flight football? winning 6 of 7 season or 83%?

1992 - Leeds
1993 - United
1994 - United
1995 - Banned
1996 - United
1997 - United

and from United POV you could even argue that United only lost 1998 because he decided to retire in the summer before and United again ended 1 point short of the winners Arsenal.
