Didn't realise spurs lost 4 out of 5 tbh. Only due to their shite form do we stand a chance of getting 4th position.

4th or avoid the europa and i'm happy. will be harder to sign spent forces on huge wages if we miss out on the cl though.

eight points off 4th, to two points off 4th.

those arsenal and wolves defeats were frustrating, and we shouldn't have drawn with burnley at home, but progress has been made, nqat. we're in a better position than any of us imagined when we lost 3-1 at anfield, or even when ole was announced as interim.

Has there? Or were we just enjoying a really long honeymoon period? because to me, at least, it looks like normal service has been resumed and we're back where we started in December. Quite £#%&!ing literally in fact.

we are in a decent position. before the wolves game, I had us down to finish fifth (but this relied on us beating chelsea). now... pretty much guaranteed sixth. soz.

however, with so few games left, any £#%&! up matters. and the teams around us are just as shit as we are. no reason to be downhearted. yet.

At the very least judge it after 36 games e.g 18v18. You're comparing 18v14 games there and it's still clearly better.

I think Mou was sacked after 17 games, when we were 11 points off top four. The 18th game was Cardiff (I think).

But yeah, we look a bit shite still tbf.

even if we finish sixth, it will have been a far more enjoyable ride than mourinho could have provided. he is an absolute @#%&! and the football was awful.

it's april and we have something to play for. we're still very much in the mix and competing very closely with the teams around us.

a lot of us, myself included, thought this season was dead in november/december.

we have somewhat lost momentum recently but that run of results between ole's appointment and a few weeks ago speaks for itself.
