don't worry. I'd like to get into law lecturing. obvs not to the remedial level you seem to require, but hey ho.

yes, he was disqualified as a punishment for other road traffic offences. speeding or failing to provide details or some such shit from memory. those are his previous offences, but anyone who is disqualified has to have at least one previous conviction or they couldn't have been disqualified could they?

he'll get another lengthy ban and a community punishment.

if he does it again after this, then he's in...ahem hot water

Anyway, City have just released a statement saying that the club will serve his sentence if they can have his 12 points.

no, it's not. your joke is stupid because it's an endorsement and discretionary disqualification or 6 points.
