"At 5.13pm on Thursday 7 March police arrested a 29-year-old man from Alderley Edge on the A538 in Macclesfield on suspicion of driving while disqualified. He has since been released on police bail."

by definition you have to have at least one previous conviction, but as far as I'm aware this is the first time he's driven while disqualified. that's what counts, rumpole.

Absent any aggravating features I'll post a picture of my arse if he goes to prison. Hell, I might even post one anyway.

burton copeland will charge him an arm and a leg, but it's one of those piss easy cases where the result is more or less certain, and you'd have to £#%&! up spectacularly to end up in nick.

if you're reading this carlos I'll do you a guilty plea and mitigation for £500 plus VAT

and I'll get you sent down you kettle necked £#%&!tard
