Seems to be a bit of confusion as to how squad rotation works these days, Young will feature in at least a third of our matches, provided WB stays fit, otherwise it will be more.

At least we have a great record of developing young fullbacks signed from mid table teams for absolute fortunes.

Defensively this guy is fantastic already at age 21. With better players in front of him I expect his attacking side to develop. £50m for a young, English player in this day and age (who is actually talented) is decent. Should get a good decade out of him hopefully.

Exactly why I don’t get this attitude. We’ve made record signings, marquee signings, and it’s done us no good at all. We make a couple of good signings to help future proof us and move away from being held hostage by mercenary agents and players and people are actually saying they are bored by it. £#%&!ing madness.

Maybe we should sign another Di Maria or another Falcoa on loan to keep a section of the fan base excited.
