It's pointless, given that natural talent is only a part of what's needed to make it at United, and there's such a need for the attitude to be right.

Greenwood is the most naturally gifted young player I've seen in years, but if his attitude and application aren't at the required level, he'll never hit the heights that his ability suggests he could.

Nowadays players need a good few seasons in the first-team before you can hold any solid hope that they're going to be proper players. Rashford is a good example - he broke through as a talent, but it's taken a few seasons for him to really prove that he's going to be the real deal.
