if qpr at home had been the 1st game of the season all the other games would have been in a different order as well

It's a valid point, as it represents the first match after the summer activity was complete. And therefore the importance of Woody and co getting the business done before the first game next season. Injuries didn't help, obviously.

Until QPR we'd been playing with a revolving door squad. Nani, Welbeck, Kagawa all involved and no Falcao, Rojo, Blind, Shaw.

Undeniable but I think a 27 match period is a better barometer than 2 tbh.

Yeah that was the point of the post really.

Qpr at home was the first match after the deadline.

Doubt it will turn around the kicking I'm getting here though.
