Never really had an issue with the bloke, aside from the fact he was never really good enough, which isn't his fault - he didn't decide he cost 89 million....he became a very convenient lighting rod for all criticism and allowed a lot of other players to get away with half-arsing it.

Booing him was just absolutely £#%&!ing small time shithouse behaviour.

Yep. My annoyance is with United. I’d say it was a 90/10 split on here that he was shit and not good enough when we were linked with him under Jose ffs. We all knew. It’s £#%&!ing infuriating
